It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise and the secret of this suspension training is that it's all core all the time!

From the TRX Chest Press, TRX Back Rows, TRX Squats and TRX Curls, etc. my clients get a total body workout using their own body weight which can be adjusted from person to person.
